Download a Family Tree Chart Just for Kids

By Courtney Henderson

It’s easy to create a family tree using our form just for kids: Click the link below to download the file (get your mom’s or dad’s permission first!). Open it in Adobe Reader, a free program for viewing PDFs. If you don’t have Reader, you can get it from Adobe.

To fill out the tree, just click in the boxes and type in names and dates (or you can print it out and write them in). Don’t worry if you can’t fill in all the boxes—you can ask your parents or grandparents to help with information you don’t know. You can print out your completed tree or save it to your computer.
